Though the thought of lockdowns and coronavirus is not a great one, at least we can still go out for local walks. Fortunately for me places like Royden Park are near enough and spacious enough to have a socially distanced stretching of the legs.
Winter can often be a harsh season, but I love pulling right into the small details. Frost is beautiful, especially zoomed right up close. Plus, as some of the shots below show, the late winter sun creates some dramatic shadows and colours in amongst the trees.
