PROCESSING ORDERS
For items in our online shop showing as in-stock please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. For Items shown as on back order please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
Bespoke photographic prints can take 7-14 days from the confirmation of purchase. An estimated delivery date will be confirmed by email once your selected photograph, size and paper type has been selected.
By submitting your order to Neon Light Photography you are entering into a contract with us to supply you with items as described in the product details, our acceptance, via email, of your submitted order means this contract becomes binding.
In the very rare circumstance that the product you ordered is unavailable you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss which action you would like us to take, such as receiving a full refund or substitute product.

PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS
With the exception of greetings cards and calendars, all of our items are made to order. As such the images used to display the product are for illustrative purposes only. Your item will match display images as closely as possible, although some slight differences may be present.
Photographs viewed on a computer screen may differ from the printed product, however we always try to ensure the printed product is as close to the screen version as possible.
PRICES, TAXES & IMPORT DUTY
All product prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP). Neon Light Photography is not currently VAT registered so prices do not have taxes applied.
Neon Light Photography is not responsible for import duties which may be applicable.
