As the restrictions imposed by the Coronavirus have started to ease it was lovely to find Hilbre Island open to visitors again this week.
I took the opportunity of the lovely evenings we’ve had to head out to one of my favourite places on the Wirral.
I love how quiet it is out here, especially in the evenings.
If you’re heading out to Hilbre just make sure you’ve checked the tide before you go as it’s easy to get cut off by the incoming sea.
