Dinorwig Quarry & Anglesey Barracks gratuity based workshop
This September join me for 4 new workshops in Eryri & Anglesey as we explore my favourite spots across the weekend of the 28th/29th September. Whether you join us for all 4 or just one, I’m sure you will be able to grab some incredible photos.
Forming the 3rd part of my 4 part workshops, this session will see us climb the winding miners tracks that lead up from Llanberis to the Anglesey Barracks, a collection of slate miners’ buildings that sit amongst beautiful woodland paths. We’ll explore this location then head up to the top of the slag heaps to take shots down towards Llanberis before descending back through the woodland paths.
During this three-hour workshop we’ll cover how to capture this beautiful location, compositional tips and tricks and the settings you need to capture in woodland locations. Though all my workshops are suitable for all experience levels this workshop will work best for those with a basic understanding of their camera and ability to climb the mountain paths we will be walking.
Our next and final stop for the weekend will be to head to Anglesey itself to photograph the sunset at Ynys Llanddwyn.
What is a Gratuity-Based Workshop?
As with all of my workshops over this weekend there is no upfront fee required, I just ask that you consider paying whatever you feel the workshop is worth to you at the end of the session/weekend in the form of a gratuity or tip.
This enables me to ensure everyone who attends gets value for money, from complete beginners to more advanced participants looking for a location guide. It also means if money is tight but you want to take part and learn a new skill that money isn’t a barrier, something that I very much believe it shouldn’t be.
For this workshop, the suggested gratuity is between £30-£40, but any payment will be greatly appreciated. If you prefer to pay upfront I have also added an option for this below.
