“Do I really want to get out of bed at 5am to climb a mountain?” On this morning in the Ogwen Valley, Snowdonia, the answer was a resounding yes. From the slopes of Y Garn, I witnessed my first ever cloud inversion – a spectacular sight where the peaks rise above a sea of rolling cloud.
