My popular Free* photo walks return for autumn-winter, this time taking us into ancient woodlands around the Wirral as summer turns to autumn.
I knew when I started my photo walks just how important getting out and about in our environment was, and it’s even more important during the winter as the days shorten and the weather turns. Getting out and about, walking and breathing fresh air is so good for your physical and mental health so why not join me for a photo walk in and around the Wirral.
As with all my free photo walks, each route is available to book for no upfront fee. On these routes we head into woodlands around the Wirral looking for compositions, enjoying the fresh air and good company. Each walk last covers about 2/3 miles across 2 hours and are suitable for all photographic abilities. I’ll lead you along autumnal trails showing you how to capture the beauty of the woodlands as it reaches its full autumn colour.
*Free Neon Light Photowalks are offered for no upfront fee, all I ask is that participants consider paying whatever they feel the walk was worth to them at the end of the walk with no expectation. I’ll never pressure you to tip; I believe that, if money is given, it should be voluntary and in direct proportion to the quality of the walk and the budget of those attending. It’s a kind of satisfaction guarantee, if you don’t enjoy the walk, just walk away, no questions asked.
Who is this walk for?
These walks are perfect for any aspiring landscape photographer looking for hints and tips for capturing incredible shots in woodlands and forests. But you don’t have to be a photographer to enjoy my walks. I’ll lead you along paths you never knew existed, show you the woodlands through my eyes and help you, whatever your photography experience, to take great photos.
Took some great pics. Had a beautiful walk. Had the best time ever. Planning our next one alreadyLaurie – Summer 2021
Liam looked after us all really well and had many interesting local tales to tell. He helped us all with our photos and equipment, and took the time to have a little chat with everyone on the walk. As a bonus I met some really nice people, and the photos I took have amazed me. I will really look forward to booking on another trip as it is one of the nicest things I have ever done. Well done Liam, you are a true professional! Oh and a great big thank you…Pamela – Summer 2021
