High Tide & Grey Seals on Hilbre Island Workshop
For those looking for a little extra beauty and wonder, then look no further.
For this Landscape Photography workshop we’ll head out to Hilbre Island over the high tide getting cut off from the shore for approximately 4 hours. This workshop is a real bucket list item, there’s nothing quite like the peace and relaxation of sitting on a little island completely cut off from the mainland.
Timed to fit with the tides we’ll set off across the sands racing the tide to reach Middle Eye and then Hilbre itself, then watch as the tide wraps around us cutting us off from land. We’ll explore every nook and cranny, looking for compositions and talking wildlife and landscapes in the middle of the Dee Estuary.
