Liverpool River of Light 2022

The Liverpool River of Light trail returns 21st October – 6th November this year entitled “Unexpected Twist” and as with last year, I’ll be running  *free photography workshops along the route to help you all get the best possible photographs of this year’s displays.

This year’s trail includes 10 artworks entitled Affinity, Rainbow Accordian, Turn the light on it’s dark in here, Beam, Continuum, Dancing Ribbons, Electric Dandelions, Light Looper, Kinetic Perspective, and Evanescent.

I currently plan to offer this route 9 times during the festival but will add more if there is sufficient interest. Workshops will run whatever the weather so if it’s raining, bring your umbrellas!

Suitable for all skill levels and cameras, including phone cameras.

(Bookings are limited to 4 people per booking, if you are a group please contact me for details on private bookings, these will be strictly limited due to the short time the event is running for.)

*Free Neon Light Photography Workshops are offered for no upfront fee, all I ask is that participants consider giving whatever they feel the workshop was worth to them at the end of the route. I’ll never pressure you to tip; I believe that, if money is given, it should be voluntary and in direct proportion to the quality of the workshop and the budget of those attending. It’s a kind of satisfaction guarantee, if you don’t enjoy the workshop, just walk away, no questions asked.
