FREE Morning Woodland Photo Walk – Eastham Ferry

My popular Free* photo walks return for autumn-winter with a collection of different styles and locations for you to choose from. With nighttime cityscapes, sunsets, sunrises and winter woodlands, there’s plenty to explore and even more to photograph.

I knew when I started my photo walks just how important getting out and about in our environment is, and it’s even more important during the winter as the days shorten and the weather turns. Getting out and about, walking and breathing fresh air is so good for your physical and mental health so why not join me for a photo walk in and around the Wirral.

Each walk lasts approximately 2 hours and covers about 2-3 miles. Routes are suitable for beginners and experienced photographers alike as it’s more about the walk first and foremost. As with all my walks I’ll give out photography tips and tricks along the way, show you some interesting locations and hopefully pass on some knowledge too.

On this walk, we’ll explore the ancient woodland that surrounds Eastham Ferry as the leaves begin to turn for Autumn. Starting off with views across the Mersey before heading into the old woodlands. Discover the Eastham bear pit and remains of the old Zoo whilst looking for interesting compositions along the way.

So whether it’s your first time picking up a camera or you know every setting in detail we’ll find great shots together as we around this beautiful old woodland.

*Free Neon Light Photowalks are offered for no upfront fee, all I ask is that participants consider paying whatever they feel the walk was worth to them at the end of the walk with no expectation.
