FREE Sunrise @ Bidston Windmill Photo Walk
My popular Free* photo walks return for autumn-winter with a collection of different styles and locations for you to choose from. With nighttime cityscapes, sunsets, sunrises and winter woodlands, there’s plenty to explore and even more to photograph.
I knew when I started my photo walks just how important getting out and about in our environment is, and it’s even more important during the winter as the days shorten and the weather turns. Getting out and about, walking and breathing fresh air is so good for your physical and mental health so why not join me for a photo walk in and around the Wirral.
What to Expect
We start at the car park for Bidston Nature reserve behind Tam O’Shanter urban Farm and make our way across Bidston Hill to the old windmill to take photographs as the sun rises. We then have a leisurely walk around the woodlands returning to our start point about an hour or so after Sunrise!
So whether it’s your first time picking up a camera or you know every setting in detail we’ll find great shots together as we around this beautiful old woodland.
*Free Neon Light Photowalks are offered for no upfront fee, all I ask is that participants consider giving whatever they feel the walk was worth to them at the end of the walk with no expectation. I’ll never pressure you to tip; I believe that, if money is given, it should be voluntary and in direct proportion to the quality of the walk and the budget of those attending. It’s a kind of satisfaction guarantee, if you don’t enjoy the walk, just walk away, no questions asked.
This event will only take place if a minimum of 3 people book places. Event reminders will be sent 48hours beforehand.
